Worried About The Cost Of Your Case?

No Fee Is Paid Unless And Until You Win

All fees in Social Security and SSI Disability cases are set by Congress and must be approved by the Social Security Administration as part of the process when a case is won. Fees are 25 percent of any back benefit you receive, with a maximum fee cap of $6,000 at the administrative level throughout the first hearing. If a Social Security claim is denied at the administrative level and won on an appeal, fees are 25 percent of all past-due benefits.

With Our Help, You May Receive A Larger Award

Keep in mind that having our experts help with your case might well result in a larger back benefit award — this would be the case if, for example, you had a prior claim that we could reopen, giving you access to more years of back benefits.

The Only Thing You Are Responsible For

The only other charge you ever will see from our office is reimbursement for any medical records that we may purchase during the pursuit of your benefits. On average, total medical records charges for a case range from $50 to $200, but vary, of course, depending on the number of medical sources that you may have. Reimbursement of these charges is expected whether we are or are not successful with proving your disability to the Social Security Administration.
